What is a refundable bottle deposit?

A refundable bottle deposit is charged for each 5-gallon bottle delivered, usually appearing on the first invoice depending on your plan. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of empty bottles, subject to submission of the original invoice.

Do you use BPA-free 5-gallon bottles?

Yes. Falcon uses BPA-free 5-gallon bottles to ensure safe and hygienic water storage.

What should I do with empty 5-gallon bottles?

If you are a recurring 5-gallon customer, empty bottles are collected during each scheduled delivery. Simply leave them with the coupons at the prearranged pickup location.

How will I be billed for my water service?

Billing is based on the payment method selected at the time of service signup. All invoices clearly show bottled water charges, additional product orders, and applicable VAT.

How should bottled water be stored?

Bottled water should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of strong odors such as cleaning products, solvents, or fuels. Partially consumed bottles should always be capped when not in use.
